Delete your Dkolla account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Dkolla app (com.dkolla.network), published by Dkolla Network.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

Open the Dkolla app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete Forever.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete the account for you.

Include the email or wallet address you use to sign in, so we can find the account.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile
Your coin balance and mining history

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Coins already deleted cannot be restored.
