Delete your Fileo data

Fileo (com.dkolla.fileo), operated by Pink Sky, does not have sign-up, log-in or user accounts, so there is no account to delete. This page explains where your data lives and how to remove it.

Your PDF files

Every PDF tool in Fileo (merge, split, compress, rotate, protect, unlock, watermark and the others) runs on your phone. Your files are never uploaded to us.

Fileo does not keep a copy of your files on any server. PDFs you saved or shared from Fileo to other places, such as your phone's Files app or another app, are copies you control. Delete them there.

To remove everything Fileo stores on your phone, uninstall Fileo, or open Android Settings → Apps → Fileo → Storage and tap Clear data.

Google Drive backup (optional)

If you chose to back up your files, the PDFs are in a Fileo folder in your own Google Drive. Fileo only has access to files it created itself.

  1. Open Google Drive and delete the Fileo folder (then empty the Drive bin).
  2. Remove Fileo's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Ads

Ad partners may use your Android advertising ID. You can reset or delete it in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Ad-free purchase

Purchases are handled by Google Play. To cancel, open the Play Store, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting your files does not cancel a subscription.
