Frequently asked questions
Does Premium renew automatically?
No. Web Premium is prepaid for the period you choose and does not renew by itself. When it ends, you simply go back to the free plan and can buy again whenever you like.
How do I pay?
You pay on the secure Bank Alfalah payment page with a Visa or Mastercard, and with Google Pay where it is available for your card. Kitly never sees or stores your card details.
Does it also unlock the Android app?
No. Web Premium works on the Kitly website. The Android app has its own Premium subscription sold through Google Play, which removes ads there.
Which account do I need?
A Google account. We use it only to link your Premium to you, so you can use it on any device after signing in.
What if my payment fails or I was charged twice?
Write to support@dkolla.com with the email you signed in with and we will sort it out.
