Which sites does it work with?
Many public sites that allow saving, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X (Twitter) posts, and direct video links. YouTube and DRM-protected services (Netflix, Disney+ and similar) are not supported.
Why is the first request slow?
The Kitly video server sleeps when nobody has used it for a while. The first request can take up to a minute to wake it up. After that it is fast.
Is my link stored?
The link is sent to our server only to find and prepare the video. The prepared file is deleted from the server right after it is delivered to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Is it legal to save a video?
Only save content you own, have permission to use, or that is clearly free to download. You are responsible for respecting copyright and each site's terms. See our Terms of Service.
Can I save videos in the app instead?
